Today is a special day in my life. It marks the official day that my husband and I became a couple. It's been 5 years, even though it seems like 10. (I can't imagine what 25 years seems like). We were high school sweethearts, and we're still making it. We've definitely had our ups and downs, but we're in this together making certain that it lasts. We made the decision last May to get married and tons of people told us marriage is hard work. You can say that again! Trying to juggle work, classes, homework, housework, and spending time with each other is an every day challenge. It can put a strain on our marriage and there's no doubt about that. From the mouth of a very respectable man (my Dad) came a very truthful but blunt statement, "Marriage isn't for sissies." Isn't that the truth?!
I'm glad you finally blogged again. haha, just messing with you. Congrats Chaz & Jennifer! 5 years...makes us sound old..once again. =)
