It's been a year today that my husband and I got married. We've definitely had more downs than ups within this first year. I've heard so many times from different people that the first year is always the hardest, and I don't doubt that in the least bit. We've been together for almost 5 1/2 years and this last year has tested us both so much. We are still together and both realize this is a commitment that we made to ourselves, each other, and God. We've made it through this year to start another and many more to follow. I never thought I would be with a man who truly loves me and stands by me no matter what, especially this early in my life. Here is a flashback to the day that made me Mrs. Fales:
